Former Hatters boss who returned to the club as assistant to manager Graeme Jones in the summer of 2019.
The pair first played together at Doncaster Rovers in the 1990s, then worked together at Premier League Everton.
Since leaving Kenilworth Road in 2012, Brabin has managed Southport and Tranmere Rovers, as well as serving as No.2 in the same division as the Hatters for the past two seasons at Port Vale and Blackpool.
