Luton Town FC are extremely proud to be the first professional Club in the English Football League to become accredited Living Wage employers. This commitment will help to ensure a fair level of pay, enabling a better work-life balance to all our staff. We hope that in making this commitment, other teams, especially those further up the football pyramid with far bigger budgets than ours, will follow suit.
We are also extremely proud to have received the People’s Choice award at the Living Wage Champion Awards 2019.
