Luton Town launch membership scheme for 2022/23 season!

We are excited to launch our seasonal Hatters and Junior Hatters Membership schemes!

By joining our membership scheme fans will have the opportunity to gain exclusive access to competitions, gifts and priority on home and away tickets. 

The Hatters membership scheme will fill the gap between a season card and purchasing match-by-match tickets. Hatters Members unable to secure a season card or that support the Club from afar will have the 2nd priority window to purchase home match tickets at Kenilworth Road, increasing your chance of visiting the Kenny on a more regular basis. 

When you sign up to the Hatters Membership scheme using your unique Client Ref number you will gain access to the 2nd Priority window to purchase match tickets. Diamond season ticket holders have access to tickets in the 1st window, season ticket holders can purchase guest tickets when tickets are on General Sale in the 3rd priority window.

Adults can purchase their membership for £40 and Junior Hatters (0-16 year olds) for £10.

If you or any supporter you wish to purchase a membership for does not have an existing Client Reference number, please register a new account for them before purchasing their membership. You can register an account HERE.

The scheme will improve how we manage tickets on a match by match basis, simplifying the process and making it easier for supporters to purchase tickets, while also giving each member the opportunity to build their own unique purchasing history.

As the scheme grows and progresses over future seasons, there will be further improvements and we will listen to your feedback to help us develop.

  • If you are an existing supporter and unaware of your Client Reference Number, please contact us at memberships@lutontown.co.uk
  • Anyone wanting to purchase a membership who has never held a Client Reference Number will need to register for one following this link Here
  • Link the other account to yours, using “MyNetwork”, which you can find located under “View Account Menu” once you have logged into your online account.
  • If you are adding a child / partner – please use the same email address and last name to sign up. Please use the other person’s date of birth and first name.
  • New customers can find their Client Reference Number on the confirmation emails
  • Existing members will find their Client Reference Number on their membership cards.
  • Season ticket holders can also find their Client Reference Number on their season card.
  • For supporters still unable to locate their number, please email memberships@lutontown.co.uk stating your full name and postal address for a reminder.
  • Your membership will allow 2nd priority for home and 3rd priority for away tickets, the sale period for memberships will be announced as tickets go on sale.
  • The membership scheme will allow for 1 purchase per membership per game.
  • Members will be able to link memberships and purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, as long as all parties are members by assigning each ticket to a different membership number during purchase.
  • The first batch of membership packs will arrive early in September – due to some stock shortages with our suppliers.
  • Subsequently we will aim to dispatch all new packs by the 15th of every month.
  • Whilst you are waiting for the packs to arrive, please use the Client Reference Number in your email to purchase tickets.
  • The current Junior Hatters scheme will cease as the new scheme offers brand new and exciting benefits, such as 2nd Priority on Home tickets and 3rd priority on away tickets.
