We are excited to announce that our seasonal Hatters and Junior Hatters membership schemes for the 2024/25 season are now available to purchase online. This season we are pleased to confirm that continuous membership will not only increase your opportunity of obtaining match day tickets throughout the season it will also build your loyalty each season and increase your opportunity to obtain Season Cards as we move closer to Power Court.

By joining or re-joining our membership scheme fans will have priority to gain access to home and away tickets*, exclusive Hatters membership-only items, monthly prize draws and a match-by-match ticket draw, whilst also building up their loyalty. We can now announce that continuous membership will increase your opportunity to purchase a season card at Power Court.

Adults can purchase their membership for £50 and Junior Hatters (Under-17s) for £10.

The Hatters membership scheme will continue to fill the gap between a season card and purchasing match-by-match tickets. Members unable to secure a season card, or those who support the Club from afar, will have a priority window to purchase home match tickets at Kenilworth Road. Not only that, the benefits include:

  • A priority window on home tickets (detailed below).

  • A priority window on away tickets (detailed below).

  • Continuous Membership will increase your opportunity to purchase a season card at Power Court. (after current season card holders).

  • Free entry to all development and youth team games played at Kenilworth Road (*we reserve the right to exclude some cup fixtures).

  • Membership card.

  • 5% discount for the Club Shop, online using your Client Ref or in person with your membership card.

  • Pin badge.

  • Invite to open training session.

  • Quarterly e-newsletter.

  • Welcome pack including a souvenir gift.

  • E-welcome letter.

  • Match-by-match prize draw for a pair of tickets (Home games only).

  • Monthly signed item draw.

  • Video message for our Junior Hatters.

Please see priority purchasing windows detailed below:

  1. All season card holders have access to their seats via their Season Card.

  2. Diamond Season Card holders can book up to one additional ticket (one of the three vouchers).

  3. 2024/25 members (continuous since 2022/23) will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).

  4. 2024/25 members (continuous since 2023/24) will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).

  5. New 2024/25 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 19th May 2024 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).

  6. New 2024/25 members without a previous purchasing history or General sale with a purchase history.

  7. General sale without a purchase history.

  2. Season Card holders one ticket per person (like-for-like age band).

  3. 2024/25 members (continuous since 2022/23) will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).

  5. New 2024/25 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 19th May 2024 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).

  6. New 2024/25 members without a previous purchasing history or General sale with a purchase history.

  7. General sale without a purchase history.

When you sign up to the Hatters membership scheme using your unique client reference number you will gain access to your appropriate priority window to purchase match tickets, as above.

Season card holders and members can purchase guest tickets when tickets are on general sale in the sixth priority window.

If you are unaware of your client reference number, please DO NOT register a new account as this will not show previous purchase history, instead contact on [email protected] and we will respond with your customer reference details.

If you have previously purchased on behalf of a child who attends with you and who does not have their own account, please register them an account and purchase the junior membership, after this email [email protected] with the client reference number and your own account details, and we will assign the correct privileges to the junior account.

Once you have joined the membership scheme you will receive immediate priority ticketing rights and entry into prize draws. If ordering prior to the season, your membership pack should be received by the end of September. After this point, memberships will be sent on a monthly basis.
