Further to yesterday’s announcement with regards to refunds for season ticket holders we can now inform individual match ticket holders of their options.
As a ticket holder, you have two options available; to take a refund for the value of your ticket(s), or to transfer your refund into a donation back to the Club – which will qualify you for a number of benefits that we trust you will find very attractive.
HOW TO CLAIM, OR TRANSFER YOUR REFUND TO A DONATION
DONATE YOUR REFUND BACK TO THE CLUB
Many supporters have already generously pledged to donate the value of their ticket back to the Club, and we feel it is only appropriate to offer something back to supporters who choose to provide this additional support at this time.
The following benefits will apply to each ticket purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: We have reached an agreement with Leeds Utd and Swansea City, that the proceeds from tickets purchased for our games WILL REMAIN with Luton Town.

MATCH TICKET PURCHASERS
- Away ticket holders will receive Club vouchers equivalent to 100% of the value of your ticket purchase.
- Home ticket holders will receive a single iFollow pass for each ticket purchased + 50% of ticket value in Club vouchers. Please note that the iFollow pass you receive can be used for one of any of the remaining matches (if not broadcast on Sky).
- These vouchers can be used against retail, home and away tickets or matchday concessions (kiosks, bars etc) .
- Where available, a free e-programme and team sheet delivered before kick-off with a video announcement from the management team.
*Please note that access codes are only available to match ticket holders for games that are broadcast by iFollow. We regret that in the event that one of our matches is selected by Sky for broadcast, we will not be able to supply match-ticket holders a with a free access code for that match.

In the event that we do not hear from you by 10am on Tuesday 16th June, your donation will be retained and allocated as the Club sees fit.

Your legendary donation will be allocated to the Luton Town Academy to help them improve their facilities and infrastructure. Your money will be helping them to produce the next generation of superb talent like James Justin, and so many others, who came through the Academy ranks to help secure our promotion to the Championship before joining Premier League Leicester City last year. - Key Worker Complimentary Ticket Pool
Your legendary donation to the key worker complimentary pool will help to provide access to home matches for NHS and other key workers who have done so much to keep us all safe and healthy during the Coronavirus crisis. - 'My First Game' Complimentary Ticket Pool
Young people are the future of our Club. Your legendary donation to the ‘My First Game’ pool will help to provide access to home matches for young people who would otherwise struggle to experience the fun, excitement and camaraderie that the Club can deliver. - To invest as the Club sees fit
Your legendary donation to the Club will be used to strengthen and improve any area of the club where the investment is needed most urgently, improving facilities at Kenilworth Road for example, adding to the recruitment budget or in support of our many other community activities.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Supporters who wish to request a refund must click the link to complete our REFUND REQUEST FORM no later than 10am on Tuesday 16th June. Refunds will be processed in due course, and a member of the ticket office may contact you using the information on the form if necessary.
