With supporters unable to join us in the stadium as we restart the 2019-20 football season, all season ticket holders will be entitled to a partial refund to cover the remaining five home games of the season. A further announcement with regards to individual home and away match ticket holders will be published tomorrow.
As a season ticket holder, you have two options available; to take a refund, or transfer your refund into a donation back to the Club – which will qualify you for a ‘Legends Pack’.

Many supporters have already pledged to donate the difference from their Season Tickets back to the Club. As such, we have created a special package, giving supporters the opportunity to ‘BECOME A LEGEND’ by donating your refund back to the Club to help us at the difficult time – which we’re sure will be very attractive.

To say thank you to supporters who choose to donate their refunds back to us – you’ll qualify for a very special Legends pack including:

In the coming days, iFollow access codes will be available to distribute to season ticket holders which will provide live four-camera footage and commentary via our streaming channel. The names of all our Legends will be part of the designs for one of our team shirts in the 2021-22 season. You’ll see the Hatters wearing the shirt with pride, with your name alongside all those who went the extra mile to support the Club during this time.

Our Diamond season ticket holders will be provided with FREE access to a special Q&A webinar with manager Nathan Jones.

To become a Legend – follow these simple steps
Decide which area of the Club you would like your donation to be used for, then click here to complete a short form to notify us of your decision.
In the event that we do not hear from you by 10am on Monday 15th June, your donation will be retained and allocated as the Club sees fit.
- Academy Facilities Fund
Your legendary donation will be allocated to the Luton Town Academy to help them improve their facilities and infrastructure. Your money will be helping them to produce the next generation of superb talent like James Justin, and so many others, who came through the Academy ranks to help secure our promotion to the Championship before joining Premier League Leicester City last year.
Key Worker Complimentary Ticket Pool
Your legendary donation to the key worker complimentary pool will help to provide access to home matches for NHS and other key workers who have done so much to keep us all safe and healthy during the Coronavirus crisis.- 'My First Game' Complimentary Ticket Pool
Young people are the future of our Club. Your legendary donation to the ‘My First Game’ pool will help to provide access to home matches for young people who would otherwise struggle to experience the fun, excitement and camaraderie that the Club can deliver. - To invest as the Club sees fit
Your legendary donation to the Club will be used to strengthen and improve any area of the club where the investment is needed most urgently, improving facilities at Kenilworth Road for example, adding to the recruitment budget or in support of our many other community activities.
ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND
Supporters who wish to request a refund must click the link to complete our REFUND REQUEST FORM no later than 10am on Monday 15th June. Refunds will be processed in due course, and a member of the ticket office may contact you using the information on the form if necessary.
