Carlos Mendes Gomes has joined Bolton Wanderers on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old departs Kenilworth Road having made 14 appearances in Town colours since arriving from Morecambe in June 2021 – scoring twice, one a fine strike in the League Cup tie against Newport County last term.
With first team opportunities limited with the Hatters last season, the attacker spent the 2022/23 campaign on-loan at Fleetwood Town, scoring nine goals in all competitions as the Cod Army finished in 13th place in League 1.
