We’re busy gearing up for our match against Leeds United on the 23rd November, and our second family fun day of the season.
It’s also Club Charity Signposts dedicated matchday, so we’re supporting them with a winter clothing amnesty – so please bring any unwanted coats, hats, gloves or scarves with you to drop off on the day.
For our fun day, this time around we’re celebrating all-things-autumn, with loads of seasonal specials to enjoy during the build-up to the big game.
The burger unit will be open from 12:30, with a special happy hour - offering 50% OFF for the first hour. On top of that, we’ve got representatives from the RSPB with us to talk about their work, and the Natural History Museum who will be giving a presentation and providing activities for young supporters.
There’ll be loads of autumnal food offerings, including marshmallows, toffee apples, hot pumpkin soup (from Harry’s Shack), hot chocolate, mulled wine and more.
Activities will include apple-bobbing, our inflatable goal, free giveaways and last but not least local-band ‘SUPERSONIC’ will be performing from around 1:30pm.
With so much going on, you’d be silly to miss out – so get along to the ground nice and early and join in the seasonal fun and see why we’re two times winners of the Family Excellence Gold Award.
