Last month the Hatters hosted Luton Community Housing’s annual staff conference and their press officer James Kesterton – a Kenilworth Road season ticket holder – has written the following account of the day...
Luton Community Housing was delighted to hold our annual staff conference at Kenilworth Road in May. The conference was football themed, making the Eric Morecambe Suite a perfect venue this year.
Staff really enjoyed the whole day, including their tour around the traditional home of LTFC, leaving the changing rooms to walk down the tunnel and onto the pitch!
Our staff conference is an annual event we hold internally which brings all of our different teams from across the LCH sites together to discuss the past year and the future years to come!
We pride ourselves on being a non-profit housing association based in Luton and South Beds, providing affordable housing for vulnerable people. We believe that everyone has the right to shelter and opportunity.
Along with our housing stock, we have a cleaning and gardening social enterprise, an Organisational Development consultancy and a Lettings Agency.
