Log in to e-ticketing using your client reference number

With the a play-off place confirmed, and the extra fixtures on the horizon, all supporters should be aware of a change to the login process when purchasing tickets using our online booking portal.
To improve the current service we offer our season ticket holders, we have been working alongside our partner Ticketmaster to clean the customer information on the ticketing database by eliminating duplicate accounts.  This will enhance the service we are able to provide to season ticket holders enabling them to take full advantage of the online ticket system whilst still providing the same current service to non season ticket holders.

What is changing?
The login method to purchase tickets has changed from email address and password to client reference number and password. Due to this change all email addresses contained on the system need to be unique.

Your client reference can easily be found on your season ticket or on a previous email ticket confirmation:
