The Hatters draw the Bees in the FA Youth Cup

The Hatters youth team have been drawn against Barnet away in the first round of the FA Youth Cup.

The match against the Bees must be played before 5th November, and a time and date will be released in due course.

Paul Driver’s side have only lost twice in 11 games so far this season, and tomorrow they continue their defence of the League Cup when they travel to Stevenage.

The game at the Shephalbury Sports Academy kicks off at 11am, so why not head over the county border to cheer the lads on before returning to Kenilworth Road for the first team's fixture with Mansfield.

And don't forget that next week, the Town's development squad are in action at Hitchin Town's Top Field as Andy Awford’s Under-21 side take on Leyton Orient.

It's half-term and kids are given free entry, so if you're looking for some cheap entertainment, take them to Top Field. Admission for adults is £3 and £1 for season ticket holders.

The Hatters' last match at the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Canaries' ground ended in a 2-2 draw with Northampton Town last month.
