McCourt added to Northern Ireland squad for Euro 2016 qualifiers
Town midfielder Paddy McCourt has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for their Euro 2016 qualifiers against Greece and Finland next month.
It means the 31-year-old will miss the Hatters’ JPT clash at Gillingham next Tuesday and the League 2 fixture at home to York on Saturday 10th October.
The Irish are currently top of Group F with 17 points – one point clear of Romania and five points ahead of third-placed Hungary. A successful series of results in the upcoming international round of matches could see McCourt and co qualify for the finals tournament in France.
