Last chance to submit an application to be come on of three charities of the year
We would like to remind any charities who would like to be considered as one of our three charities of the year to submit their application before 5pm today.Earlier this spring the Club announced a new policy for working with charitable organisations, which it is hoped will enable us to work more closely with three organisations over the course of a whole season. In doing this, we hope to be able to offer the selected charities more support with fundraising and raising awareness of issues. By developing closer links we aim to be able to demonstrate a real impact over a prolonged period.
For the 15/16 season, we are inviting charities to apply to become one of three official charities of the year:
- Club charity of the year - to be selected by the Club
- Players' charity of the year - selected from a shortlist by the players and management team
- Supporters charity of the year - selected from a shortlist via a fan vote online
