Boss to accept freedom of the borough next week

John Still will be given honorary freedom of the borough of Luton next Thursday, 15th January.

The Hatters boss’ was put forward for the accolade by Town supporter and Stopsley councillor Micheal Dolling.

Cllr Dolling said the Town’s success in the Conference last year, which also saw the Hatters return to the Football League, had “raised the town’s morale”.

After the council had unanimously agreed on the motion, Still accepted the award over the summer and will receive next week at Luton Borough Council. The award is the first of its kind since 1992.

Congratulations, boss!
