Skipper's red card upheld by the Football Association

Hatters captain Stephen McNulty will miss the next four matches through suspension after the Football Association rejected the appeal to overturn the red card shown to him against York City.

The 31-year-old was sent-off in the 84th minute in the 2-2 draw and will serve a four-game ban beginning this Saturday.

The suspension includes a one-match ban as the defender has been sent-off twice this season.
