The Town's Youth Alliance fixture at Peterborough on Saturday morning was abandoned after 40 minutes after Hatters defender Luke Trotman suffered a serious injury.

The second year scholar broke his leg in a 40th-minute incident with the Hatters 2-1 up against Posh.

Trotman was taken to Peterborough Hospital with his mum by his side.
