Hatters duo pick up monthly gong
John Still and Cameron McGeehan have won the the Skrill Premier manager and player of the month awards for April.The Town won six of their seven matches during the month that saw the Hatters crowned champions.
On-loan Norwich midfielder McGeehan netted three times during the month, with goals against Aldershot, Tamworth and Forest Green - all of which came at Kenilworth Road.
Still told lutontown.co.uk: "April was a fantastic month for us, not only because we clinched the championship, but also because the way in which we ground out victories.
"There were crucial wins against Dartford and Aldershot plus the magnificent performance and result against Forest Green in our final home match.
"Cameron was a key part of those performances, scoring the winner in that victory over Aldershot. His contribution - together with the rest of the team - were first class and it is a testament to his character that he performed and applied himself in such a manner."
