Hatters confirm arrival of Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu on a two-and-a-half year deal
Luton Town Football Club are delighted to announce the permanent signing of Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu from West Ham United for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old has penned a two-and-a-half year deal at Kenilworth Road and returns to the club following a hugely successful loan spell with the Hatters this season.
He made his Town debut in central defence in a 0-0 draw at Staines in the FA Trophy but was quickly moved into central midfield by John Still. He subsequently became one of the driving forces behind a run a form in December that saw the Hatters win all six matches and rise to the top of the Skrill Premier.
The Hendon-born youngster only made his senior debut for West Ham this season when playing in the Hammers’ League Cup victory at Burnley, but had been a regular for the Iron’s flourish development squad.
