Not a great day in the Town's history, is 24th October. Just four wins from 14 and eight defeats - four of which are by a three-goal margin or more.

The last win came back in 1992 - a 3-2 win over over Peterborough at London Road thanks two goals from Phil Gray and one from Paul Telfer.

The Town beat Wrexham at the Racecourse in 1981 in the season that David Pleat's side won the Second Division title. Mal Donaghy and Steve White were on target at the Racecourse.
