Details for supporters after postponement
The Club have issued the following information for season ticket and matchday ticket holders following the late postponement of the match with Ebbsfleet United on 29th December.
Season ticket holders are required to dispose of voucher 12. This will have been the voucher those supporters handed in had they entered the ground. We will use special match voucher A to allow entry into the ground at a future match to be decided later in the season.
Match day ticket holders that had not entered the ground can use their existing ticket for any rearranged fixture. Your allocated seat will not be resold. Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours prior to any rearranged game. Therefore if you find you are unable to attend a rearranged fixture a full refund or exchange to a future game will be given on the return of your ticket. This can be returned either in person or via post to Luton Town Ticket Office, Kenilworth Road, Luton, Beds LU1 1DH.
Those match day ticket holders who had already entered the ground will be able to use the original stub to enter at the turnstiles for any rearranged fixture. Your seat will not be resold. Again, If you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture tickets will be refundable on the presentation of this stub at the ticket office. This can again be handed in by person or sent by post.
Any ticket that had not been collected from the collection point is still available and will remain so until the rearranged date.
Refunds can only be given back in the form of the original purchase i.e. card refund for card payment.
