CAMBRIDGE TRIP IN FA TROPHY

Town to travel to Abbey Stadium in last 16

The Hatters have been drawn away to league leaders Cambridge United in the third round of the FA Trophy.

The current top two in the Skrill Premier will meet at the Abbey Stadium on Saturday 11th January.

The Town's league fixture with Macclesfield, scheduled for the same day, will require rearranging.

Cambridge have beaten Salisbury and St Albans in the first two rounds rounds, whilst the Hatters have seen off Staines and holders Wrexham.

The two clubs met in the competition back in 2009/19 when United ran out 3-1 winners at the Abbey Stadium.
