Hatters receive notification from Football Association in wake of Telford incident
Luton Town Football Club have today (Thursday) been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players under rule E20 (a) during the match with AFC Telford United last Saturday.
The club have until 3rd September to submit their response to the charge.
Furthermore, striker Jon Shaw has been charged with misconduct following an incident in the same game, under rule E3.
Jon has until Thursday evening to respond to the charge which, if he accepts, will result an automatic three-match suspension.
The club will not be making any further comment.
