Following the 3-1 win against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon, Nathan Jones' side are within a point of the play-off places and three points below Norwich.

The opposition:

Norwich City are a point off the top after losing their last two games in a row against Preston North End and Watford.

Relegated from the Premier League last season, boss Dean Smith will be hoping to help the Canaries get back to the top flight once again.

Josh Sargent (pictured above) is the joint-leading top scorer in the Champioinship with eight goals in 14 matches so far this season, whilst his forward partner Teemu Pukki has provided four goals and four assists.

Last time we met:

The Hatters suffered defeat at Carrow Road back in March 2021, ending a run of three consecutive wins against the Canaries.

Those most memorable of which, came back in 2013 when Scott Rendell helped Non-League Luton knock Premier League Norwich out of the FA Cup.

In more recent years, James Collins scored a hat-trick in a Carabao Cup victory, before a second 3-1 win in a row came in December 2020, with goals from George Moncur, Matty Pearson and Collins once more.
