LTFC Club Account FAQs

Here you can find answer to any questions you have on creating or managing your LTFC Club Account.

The LTFC Club Account is a new account for registering with Luton Town FC. It replaces the existing, separate accounts for different club systems such as retail, streaming, and in the future ticketing. It is designed to be a single, standard way for the Club’s supporters to access online services on https://www.lutontown.co.uk/ and https://shop.lutontown.co.uk/, with https://www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown/ coming soon.

Supporters will be able to complete and update their profile in their LTFC Club Account with personal details and preferences on receiving marketing information from the Club.

Everyone, including supporters with a previous account for ticketing, iFollow or the online shop will need to re-register; and you’ll need to create an account before you can continue using the Club’s streaming and retail systems.

Everyone, including supporters already with existing ticketing or iFollow profiles. Supporters will need to create their LTFC Club Account in order to purchase anything from our online shop and also to be able to watch live matches.

We are working on adding the club’s eTicketing site https://www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown/, to single sign on soon.

You should use the email address that is associated with your primary ticketing account/client reference. If you have more than one ticketing account/client reference you need to use the account with your current Season Ticket or Membership, or your account with the most ticketing history. If you knowingly have more than one account, please contact the Ticket Office ([email protected]) to merge them, this will be critical for purchasing tickets in the future.

You'll need to log into Ticketmaster (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown/) to find the email address that is present on your Client Reference. Once there to access the Account page, click the Account icon in the top right of the page, then visit View Account Menu > Account Management > Account Details. You can also edit your email address to your current or correct email address.

Follow any of the above, select the option to ‘Create an account’:

For supporters with existing ticketing accounts, you can create an account by entering the email address you already have registered with us and password of your choice here. Please ensure the email address is the same that we currently hold for you at the Ticket Office otherwise you won’t be able to link your existing accounts; and you’ll be unable to access any ticketing or membership benefits.

If you do not already have an existing Ticketmaster account with us then please register for a new account.

Complete the form, please be aware that the date format is YYYY-MM-DD:

Once create you’ll be logged in and will then be re-directed to the page you were on when you selected to login / create your account.

Alternatively, it could mean that you're in a territory that is ineligible to view the match. You can still listen to the game with an Audio Pass. If you have a video pass but are unable to watch, please contact [email protected].
