For the final time this season, the Hatters are on the road in the Sky Bet Championship as they head to already-promoted Fulham.

Unbeaten in their last three matches, Nathan Jones' side are searching for two points from their remaining two games to secure their place in the play-off positions.

Fulham meanwhile will hope to celebrate winning the Sky Bet Championship title at the end of the 90 minutes and can do so with victory on the night.

Fulham will return to the Premier League at the first time of asking after bouncing back in style under Marco Silva.

The Whites have been rampant in their quest for promotion and thanks to the form of Aleksandar Mitrovic - who has already broken the record for most goals scored in a Championship season with 41 to his name - confirmed their top flight status for next season following victory over Preston North End.

Harry Wilson and Fabio Carvalho have contributed 45 goals between them in all competitions, just some of the big talents Nathan Jones' side will have to try and contain on the day.

Last time we met:

The two sides contested an entertaining 1-1 draw in December after Elijah Adebayo ruled out Mitrovic's early goal. The striker 10th goal of the season with a brilliantly executed diving header against his former club.

Highlights from the reverse fixture at Kenilworth Road are below…

Travel Information

We have been advised that London Underground tubes aren’t running into Putney Bridge on Monday as the District line is closed due to engineering works.

The best route for those heading to south-west London on trains will be to get off at St Pancras and take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith, from where it is then a 15 minute walk to the stadium.
