The Hatters travel to the Welsh capital on Easter Monday in search of a second successive league win.

Victory against Nottingham Forest on Friday helped Nathan Jones' side leapfrog their opponents in what was a hard-fought win at Kenilworth Road.

Cardiff meanwhile suffered defeat against Hull City and remain in 17th position heading into this fixture, 18 points clear of the relegation zone.

Despite suffering defeat on Friday, Cardiff have picked up their form as of late with two wins and a draw in their last five matches.

19-year-old Ruben Colwill, who scored in the reverse fixture at Kenilworth Road, is the Bluebirds’ top scorer this season with six goals to his name, whilst Jordan Hugill has been the man to lead the line in the last few matches – with three goals in 14 appearances for Cardiff.

Last time we met:

Cardiff were 2-1 winners at Kenilworth Road earlier in the season, with goals from Ruben Colwill and Sean Morrison helping the Bluebirds to victory on the day.

Highlights from Kenilworth Road can be found below.
