We announced the signing of talented young midfielder Sverre Sandal from Norwegian top-flight club KFUM on a permanent transfer on deadline day of the 2026 winter transfer window.
The 22-year-old comes to English football after spending the past four years with the Oslo-based outfit.
Sandal, who stands at 6ft 3ins tall and can play in any of the central midfield roles, started 25 of his 26 appearances last season as KFUM finished 12th in the Eliteserien table.
