Manager Matt Bloomfield spoke to the local media ahead of tomorrow's Sky Bet League One fixture against Doncaster Rovers at Kenilworth Road.
The manager gave a team news update, confirming that striker Jerry Yates is unavailable for tomorrow's fixture and Blackpool away on Tuesday as he observes the concussion protocols after being forced off at half-time of last week's defeat at Lincoln.
Bloomfield also revealed that Nigel Lonwijk will miss out with an ankle injury, Jordan Clark has a "slight issue with his calf" that will prevent him from playing this weekend, and that Cohen Bramall has been ill, but trained alone today in a bid to be fit for selection.
"Nigel rolled his ankle in the first half when he got booked, played on through it but it's not been right, so he's had a scan and we are going to try and get him fit as quick as we possibly can," said Bloomfield.
"Cohen may be fit, but he wasn't allowed in the group this morning. He's gone and done an individual session, like when we had to train alone during covid, which is the best way to describe it, on his own out in the fresh air, and if he can come through that, he can be available for the matchday squad tomorrow."
