New matchday road closures

21 September 2023

We can advise supporters that due to a new Temporary Traffic Regulation Order by Luton Council, there will be additional road closures for home matchdays starting with Saturday’s fixture at Kenilworth Road against Wolves.

These road closures affect supporters accessing the stadium via Hazelbury Crescent and Kenilworth Road.

  • There will be no vehicle access on Kenilworth Road from the junction of Avondale Road to the Kenilworth Apron.

  • There will also be no vehicle access on Hazelbury Crescent from the junction of Avondale Road to the Kenilworth Apron.

These new restrictions will be in place from 90 minutes before kick-off (1.30pm for Wolves) until the game starts, and then again from 15 minutes before full-time (4.30pm for Wolves) until 15 minutes after the final whistle.

There will still be full access to Hazelbury Car Park for those with passes or their name and vehicle details on the car park list.

Supporter drop-offs will only be permitted via Kenilworth Road on the junction with Avondale Road, after which vehicles will be directed along Avondale Road and back down Hazelbury Crescent on to Dunstable Road.

We apologise to any supporters affected by these new restrictions which are to allow emergency service vehicles access to the stadium and to also allow a space for supporters to safely ingress and egress from the ground.

Enforcement of the football restrictions is carried out by the Parking Enforcement Unit of Luton Council and any queries regarding this can be made via email to: civilenforcement@luton.gov.uk
