Rob Edwards | "Every game is an opportunity"

Luton Town manager Rob Edwards is looking forward to our Premier League visit to Craven Cottage against Fulham following the international break.

“I see every game as an opportunity to pick up points," said Edwards. "I did at Brighton away, I did at Chelsea away, we believed then. We will improve, we’re going into a really difficult game away from home and every game is hard in the Premier League.

“However, it is another opportunity for us, I feel really confident going into it. Fulham have had a tough run of games themselves, they’ll be looking to get back to winning ways after losing a tough game against Manchester City, as that game always is.

“The pressure will be on them, no doubt about it. They’ll be favourites, the pressure will be on and they’ll be an expectancy to be able to turn up and beat us, so we have to make sure we are very resilient and defend very well, then I think they’ll be opportunities for us then to attack and put our game on them as well.

“I’m really looking forward to this game, I know the players are as well, we’re itching to get back into it now after these couple of weeks and we want to see how much we have progressed.”
