Nine young Hatters sign first professional development contracts!

The Club are happy to announce the following players have signed new professional development contracts at Kenilworth Road.

Archie Heron

North London-born central midfielder who signed for the Hatters as an under-14. He describes himself as a technical midfield player with an eye for goal.

Central defender currently on-loan at National League South side Braintree Town who joined the Hatters as an under-18. In his own words, he’s a old-school centre-back who likes to defend but also get on the ball and pick out forward passes.

uton-born centre-half who has been with the Hatters since the age of eight. A strong and aggressive defender with excellent leadership quallities, he describes himself as a player who loves to defender and put his body on the line. 

Jake Burger

Versatile midfielder player who joined the Hatters as an under-9. Able to play in wide attacking areas or also as a defensive midfielder, the Luton boy likes to get on the ball and find forward passes and says he is able to get around the pitch well. 

Joshua Odell-Bature

Centre-back who joined the Hatters as an under-13. Born in Hillingdon the defender says he is a composed ball-playing centre-back with good athleticism.

London-born player who signed for the Hatters this summer following a successful trial. He is capable of playing in a variety of positions in defence or attack. He describes himself as a team player who has lots of confidence and rarely feels pressure. 

Marcus Daws

Summer signing after his release from Bournemouth following a successful trial, the Taunton-born under-21 Northern Ireland international is a left-sided attacker. He describes himself as a player who likes to get fans on their feet. 

Millar Matthews-Lewis

Striker who has been with the Hatters since joining as an under-14. He describes himself as a physical forward with an eye for goal that can manoeuvre the ball well under pressure. 

Oliver Lynch

Born in Milton Keynes, the striker has been on the Hatters books since joining as an under-14. He describes himself as an old-school centre-forward, who likes to run in behind and hold the ball up and score goals.
