Please be advised that the Kenilworth Road Ticket Office will be closed today.
This will allow our staff to endeavour to correct many of the issues that have arisen from online bookings over the first two periods of the sales plan. Please be patient while we try to satisfy as many of our loyal supporters as possible.
We are reconciling updated figures but can confirm that there will be a 3rd phase general sales period – now from 2pm on Tuesday – for supporters to book ONLINE ONLY.
On Wednesday, the Ticket Office will focus on dispatching all tickets digitally to the email address you provided, which you can then have as a print-at-home ticket or store on a smartphone.
If anyone still has any major outstanding issues from sales period one and two, and hasn't yet contacted the Ticket Office, please email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk as soon as possible.
