Tim Krul starts in goal while Alfie Doughty returns to play at right-wing back.
There are starts for Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu and Luke Berry in midfield while Cauley Woodrow, Jacob Brown and Chiedozie Ogbene all start in attacking roles.
