Les is what many would term a Luton Town ‘superfan’. He has missed only a handful of games that he has been able to go to in coming up to 60 years as a supporter.

If you are a Luton fan you will know Les either from seeing him at a game either home or away, travelling on the coaches he puts on to allow supporters to get to away matches, or the many other things he has been involved with regarding the Hatters, like sponsoring players' and physio Simon Parsell's kit (see picture below from the end of the 2016-17 season) and raising much-needed funds for vital equipment for the medical department through the Bobbers Travel Club.

If it wasn’t for Les there might not be a Luton Town for thousands of Hatters to support right now, as he was impactful in the formation of the Luton Town Supporters’ Trust, which was formed to save the club from going out of business 20 years ago, and is familiar to many as the Trust's treasurer.

As a supporter he is loyal, dedicated and committed to the cause of supporting the club but the way he sacrifices his spare time, often working through the night to ensure there is a way for fellow fans to get to every first-team match Luton Town play is admirable. He does this alongside running his own business and caring for his unwell wife, Sue.

Were it not for Les, so many Luton fans would miss out on the opportunity of seeing their team play live, something which every football supporter wants to be able to do.

Good luck on the 23rd, Les - and thank you for everything you've done for our great club.
