The Park Street store is open on Saturday as usual, but the Ticket Office is closed until 10am on Monday 6th June.

We have tried to help supporters renew their season card during this period by creating the step-by-step guide on how to renew in full online.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR SEASON CARD ONLINE

From here click the person icon in the top right hand corner (do not click season tickets)

Once you have signed in using your unique client reference and password you will see a red dot on the same person icon in the top right corner (if you are unsure of your password click the forgotten password link to reset this).

If you have not used the online system before, you will need to ACTIVATE your membership account and follow the instructions to complete the set up.

If this shows you already have an account active, you will have to click the forgotten password link to reset this.

Once you have clicked the red dot, this will show your account menu where your reserved seat ticket seat can be found to renew.

Click Renew Now. This will show you your season tickets to renew, from here you can add your season ticket to your basket.

Once you have added to basket you will have 30 minutes to complete your purchase. Scroll down this page to proceed to checkout (You must review the important ticket information and tick that you acknowledge these).

From then you can enter your card details to pay the full amount of your season ticket. If you feel your price is wrong, please contact the ticket office by email [email protected] or phone 01582 416976.

You will then receive confirmation of your 22/23 Season Ticket Renewal.
