Injury hindered his time in the starting line-up until after the international break in March where he returned to help Town earn their place in the play-offs despite not being fully fit.
Bradley scored in the play-off semi-final first leg against Huddersfield Town and led the side out at the John Smith’s Stadium where the Hatters fell marginally short.
