Join us for Luton’s first Eid Parade Event today from 11am until 8 pm in St George's Square!

A Free Family Event, All Communities Welcome!

Children’s Costume Making, 11am - 4 pm Make a fantastic recyclable Eid costume to wear in the parade and enjoy at home!

Food, Craft, Henna Stalls & Music, 2-7pm: Try the delights of locally made traditional food and sweet treats. Get a traditional mehndi (henna) design and enjoy an afternoon of music!

Story Telling with Khayaal Theatre, 3-4pm: Join Luton’s multi-award-winning theatre and drama education company dedicated to the exploration of Muslim heritage, sharing stories about acts of kindness!

Clouds of Blessings (Rehmat kay Baadal) Performance, 5:00 pm: A celebration of the Pakistani folklore which rejoices at the sight of clouds after the long hot summer with the belief that like the coming together of rain clouds people coming together will have greater blessings for a good and long life.

The Act of Kindness Parade (Market Hill to St George's Square), 5:30pm: Join us for a spectacular costume parade showcasing the creativity of Islamic culture and celebrating the community of Luton!
