Henri Lansbury comes into midfield alongside Jordan Clark with Carlos Mendes Gomes ahead of them.
Cameron Jerome starts with Elijah Adebayo up-front as the gaffer names a strong starting line-up as the Hatters bid to book their place in round four of the competition.
There will be no replays in the third round and in the event of a draw at full-time, extra-time and penalties will be played.
