First Team Coach Paul Hart has said that the players 'will not rest on their laurels' ahead of tomorrow's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Reading.

Confidence in camp is high after Saturday's win against AFC Bournemouth, Hart admitted, and whilst there has been time to savour the victory, the players will need to be at their best to get results from two tricky fixtures this week.

"It’s always a good place to come to work, there's a great atmosphere here no matter what. We get on with things but certainly after the result on Saturday, it has given everybody a huge lift.

"We have done really well against the top teams this year. I think it’s fair to say that we’re not resting on our laurels. We’ve enjoyed the win and we need to get back down to basics and try and perform again. Whilst we have enjoyed beating a top team, we know that we still have a way to go."

Reading have struggled for form as of late but Hart and the players remain cautious ahead of the trip to the Select Car Leasing Stadium.

"We have to be on our toes no matter what. Reading are a great football club and over the past couple of years, have played some great football.

"This is not an easy game by any means. Yes, we’re doing well but we have to string those games together and make sure it is about us. That’s not being selfish, it’s about how we approach the game and what we do with it.

“We don’t think it’s going to be a walk in the park by any means. It’s going to be a tough game and, coming off the back of a win against the top team, we can’t be dreaming about what we did on Saturday. We’ve got to be at it.”
