The Ticket Office would like to remind Season Ticket holders that they can purchase their own seats for the FA Cup fixture against Chelsea FROM Monday at 10am.
To assist all supporters book in the easiest way we advise the following:
We are aware next week will be a busy period and undoubtedly some Season Ticket holders will want to book their seat as soon as possible. However, there is no rush to make your purchase on Monday 14th February .
Your seats are secure and will not be sold to anybody else until tickets go on sale to non-Season Ticket holders with a history of purchasing 7 different games this Season a week later on Tuesday 22nd February.
Please do not sit in phone queues but instead use the whole week to make your purchase!
If possible, please try to give Oak Road Season Ticket holders priority to phone lines on Monday to assist them contact us in good time to book their seats which are not secured for them.
Oak Road Season Ticket Holders
Oak Road Season Ticket holders will need to contact the Ticket Office by phone or in person to choose alternative seats for this fixture.
Diamond Season Ticket Holders.
Diamond Season Ticket holders that still hold vouchers can book via email; we will respond as soon as possible to advise your seat is booked.
Please advise on your email whether you wish to collect your ticket or whether you will be happy to receive it via email (this is the preferred option.) This ticket can then be printed at home or sent to a smart phone to gain access.
Regular Season Ticket holders (other than Oak Road).
You can book by phone or in person, however, your easiest option is to utilise the online ticketing portal at www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown. You will be able to book any Season Ticket seat online using your unique Client Ref number on your Season Card.
Create or log into your account and then click on the red notification in the top right-hand corner. You can choose to receive your tickets either digitally to enable you to print at home or send to any smartphone.
You may also receive via post, or you can also choose to collect a matchday ticket on the day of the game. You can do this individually for each Season Ticket holder or you can create a 'Network’ to enable one booking to secure seats for a group of Season Ticket holders. Instructions on how to set up a 'Network' can be found by clicking the 'Help' button at the bottom of the e-ticketing page.
By following the above advise, all Season Ticket holders will be able to secure their seats in good time.
