Ticket Office update - sales plan for Chelsea - email call back service now available

As to be expected the Ticket Office are still very busy with Season Ticket holders wanting to purchase their seats for the Chelsea fixture.

Firstly, we thank all supporters for their patience. We would also like to thank all those supporters who have utilised the online portal which has helped us greatly.

For those Season Tickets holders yet to purchase please read the following instructions to help us manage the telephone queues.  

 

Regular Season Ticket Holders:

Online

Please wherever possible try to book online in the first instance. Some supporters are advising they are struggling with the online portal. However, using the following instructions this should be possible:

Use the online ticketing portal at www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown. You will be able to book any Season Ticket seat online using your unique Client Ref number on your Season Card.

  • Activate or log into your account
  • Click on the red account button in the top right-hand corner.  
  • Under the Next Game heading you will see 'Notifications'. Click on this and you will find a list of seats that are reserved for you or your 'Network' for the Chelsea fixture.
  • Click Add to basket.

You will have the option to receive your ticket digitally or can choose to Collect from the Ticket Office (these will be ready for Saturday’s game) or have sent in the post.

If you are booking for your 'Network' and the seats are not showing, please make sure in Network Settings that these seats are set to 'Managed' not 'Assigned'. If not, please tick the 'Manage Seats' box.   

Email call back.

With the reduced number of Season Ticket holders we have left to book, we are now able to offer a  'Call Back' service. Please email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk.

Please advise your name / client reference number and a Contact number that you are readily available on.  

The Ticket Office will respond to this email to advise it has been received.

Once you have emailed, please do not continue to ring the phones to book your seats.

The Ticket Office will contact up until 8.30pm and across the weekend.

Your seats will not be released until we have made contact by Monday 21st Feb.

 

By Phone / In Person

If you do not have online or email access, please continue to contact by phone on 01582 416976 between 10am and 3pm Thursday and Friday and between 10am and 12 Noon on Saturday.   

Diamond Season Ticket holders who have emailed.

Your requests will be actioned by close of business Friday enabling you to collect tickets Saturday if you have chosen this as your delivery method.

As a side note supporters will be able to collect Chelsea tickets on Saturday, however, we reserve the right to advise that this might only be after the game if the queue makes the necessary.
