We would like to remind supporters that the Ticket Office is not open on Wednesday's but you Season Ticket holders can continue purchasing Chelsea tickets online.
Step by step guide on how to purchase online:
- Log into your account using your unique client reference number and password. (Use the Client Ref number on your Season Card).
- When signed in, click the red account button in the top right corner
- Underneath where it says ‘Next Game’ you have the option to click 'Reserved Seats'
- Showing will be the seats you can book for yourself or those in your network. You can then click to add these seats to the Chelsea match.
If you are struggling to book group tickets, please register each account individually using the unique client reference number on the season card.
Ensure you have clicked 'managed tickets' rather than 'assigned tickets' and if you are still unable to purchase tickets then you will need to register new accounts. Please note you can set these up using the same email address.
You can choose to receive your tickets either digitally to enable you to print at home, or send to any smartphone.
