Luton Town Football Club can confirm that the following players from the Academy's current Under-16s have been offered full-time terms with the Club.
Starting their two-year apprenticeships at The Brache this summer are:
- Jack Bateson (Defender)
- Sam Bentley (Goalkeeper)
- Jake Burger (Forward)
- Oliver Hemlin (Midfield)
- Archie Heron (Midfield)
- Oliver Lynch (Forward)
- Rio Martucci (Midfield)
- Millar Matthews-Lewis (Midfield)
- Darcy Moffat (Forward)
- Zac Nelson (Midfield)
- Josh Odell (Defender)
- Jacob Pinnington (Defender)
As well as training full-time and playing for the Under-18s in the EFL Youth Alliance South-East Division and FA Youth Cup under the guidance of coaches Dan Walder and Paul Benson, the players will continue to further their education via a BTEC Level 3 Nationals in Sporting Excellence and Performance, as well as gaining a recognised FA coaching badge and taking part in the Academy's informal Life Skills programme.
Academy & Development Manager, Andy Awford, said: “Well done to all the boys in earning their apprenticeships. They will all join us full-time at the end of June for pre-season training and we look forward to working with them over the next couple of years and hopefully beyond that.”
