We’re delighted to let you know that our new club shop online is now LIVE.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes with our new e-commerce provider Medoc, to deliver a site fit for the Championship and beyond. Medoc have a proven track record in e-commerce for sports clubs, and already work with other professional football clubs in the EFL and Premier League.
We’ve just powered up our new site, which you can find at: https://shop.lutontown.co.uk and via our www.hatterworld.co.uk and www.hattersworld.com domains.
The new store will provide additional functionality, which will improve the customer experience, especially for supporters who are shopping via smart phones and mobile devices. It will also allow for other functionality including season ticket holder discounts, which were previously unavailable online.
This is also an important step forward as we future proof our back-office processes and look ahead to integrating other technologies across the Club.
When using the new store, customers will be required to sign up for a new account – please provide as much information as possible, using the same email address used for your ticketing and iFollow accounts.
We will be securely archiving all customer orders from our previous e-commerce platform. As such, customers will no longer have access to previous orders via the new customer account area.
Please note that we are aware of an issue where some order confirmation emails are going into spam folders - so please check your spam/junk mail if you do not receive an order confirmation into your inbox. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.
