We are pleased to inform supporters that Season Cards will be arriving from July 15th – and for the first time we can reveal how they will look and work on a matchday!
Please allow a few days after this date for your card to arrive, though you should contact the Ticket Office via telephone (01582 416976) or email (ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk) if it hasn’t arrived by July 20th.
Tickets for our pre-season friendly against League One Portsmouth on Saturday July 24th are not yet on general sale, but by purchasing a ticket for the match your season card will also be activated.
The video below gives a brief insight to not only how the cards look, but also one of the ways you can gain access to Kenilworth Road when we welcome you back to the stadium.
Your respective card will have a barcode on the reverse that can be scanned by a steward equipped with a handheld scanner on the gate, which will change to green to allow access into the ground.

Further video footage will be published via our website and official social media channels in the coming days and in the lead-up to the first home pre-season fixture, to ensure supporters are fully informed as we appreciate this will involve a change to your pre-pandemic matchday routine.
