Defender Corey Panter enjoyed a dream debut for Dundee on Saturday in the Premier Sports group stage against Forfar Athletic!
Panter, 20, joined the Scottish side after an impressive trial period with James McPake’s side and featured in friendlies against Forfar, Leyton Orient and West Ham.
But on Saturday he made his competitive debut for the club and marked the occasion with a goal in the 31st minute.
After putting the Dee two goals ahead, the Group C table-toppers went on to win 5-2, with former Hatter Jason Cummings scoring a brace in the second period.
With four wins out of four, Dundee have progressed to the next round of the competition, but not before they begin their Scottish Premiership campaign next Saturday against St. Mirren.
