The 27-year-old has two previous caps for his country, making his debut against USA in March and featuring in the draw versus Serbia last month.

Bell joined the club on a free transfer after his contract with Blackburn Rovers expired and after a few sessions with his new teammates, he will fly off to join his fellow countrymen ahead of the tournament!

Jamaica are in Group C and their campaign kick-offs against Suriname on Monday 12 July.

They will face the winners of Prelims 8 on Friday 16 July, and Costa Rica in their final group game on Wednesday 21 July. All of their group matches will take place at the Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

Should they progress to the Gold Cup final, that is scheduled to take place on Monday 2 August.

Everyone at Kenilworth Road would like to wish Amari’i the best of luck for the competition and look forward to seeing him upon his return to The Brache!
