Luton Town Football Club is seeking to appoint a Lead Physiotherapist, to work primarily with our U21 & U18 squads. The successful candidate will be committed and passionate in successfully developing football players. Reporting to the Academy Head of Sports Science & Medicine, the post-holder will:

To role will support the Head Groundsman and ground staff team in the day-to-day management of the Club’s premises, with particular focus on the maintenance and preparation of the pitch for first team home fixtures and other matches.

This will extend to the training facility and across all Club premises. This is a busy and varied role, where matchday and work out of hours is required.

The role requires an experienced individual who has successfully maintained football pitches and surrounding areas to a professional standard. The individual must also hold the appropriate technical qualification, such as; Level 2 City & Guilds Diploma in Sports and Amenity Turf Maintenance, or an NVQ Level 2 Sports Turf Management.

The purpose of the role is to provide day to day maintenance support as part of the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the Club’s operations. The role reports into the Site & Facilities Manager, who will oversee all works required and manage the department accordingly.

This is a busy and varied role, where matchday and work out of hours is required.

Please only apply if you have proven experience working within a general maintenance role. Knowledge of Health & Safety in terms of working at height regulations, manual handling and COSHH is preferred.

The Club has a number of exciting opportunities on casual matchday basis for the 2021-22 season.

We are looking to hire several cleaning operatives to join our Site and Facilities team to cover pre and post matchday cleaning within the stadium stands and inside the Club premises as required.

The ideal candidates will have experience at cleaning to a high standard and take pride in their work.  They will also be able to work unsupervised and as part of hardworking and dedicated team.

Luton Town Football Club is seeking to appoint Executive Hosts to join the Commercial Team’s matchday staff.

Are you someone with:

The post holders will work with the Commercial Team to assist with the matchday care of their hospitality lounge, executive box guests as well as a number of off-site hospitality venues.

Crowd Safety Stewards will be required to work towards or already hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Stewarding. Full training will be provided to achieve this certification.
