We have been made aware of an issue by the EFL whereby some supporters are unable to buy passes on iFollow.
Those who are selecting to use an ‘Existing payment method’ are failing to complete the purchase as the page does not respond when the fan clicks on ‘Pay with this card’.
The EFL are therefore encouraging supporters to choose ‘Credit/Debit card’ or ‘PayPal’ as their payment method and to instead re-enter their details as if they were new details not already stored on the system - this will allow them to purchase.
