We would like to notify season ticket holders that their iFollow codes for our match against Wycombe Wanderers will be sent by email within the next 24 hours.
All season ticket holders should by now have updated their contact details to ensure that we are able to send iFollow codes to a current email address.
Please check your email - codes will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have not already, we would encourage all supporters to add email@example.com to their address books and safe senders lists to prevent emails going into spam folders.
Commercial customers including box-holders, lounge and hospitality guests will receive their codes directly by email from Chris Bell, our commercial manager.
Once you have received your code, we would strongly encourage you to redeem your code as soon as possible. Instructions for how to redeem your code are included in the email.
If you have not received an email containing your code by 12:30pm on Tuesday 28th September:
- Check your spam or email junk folders.
- If your email has gone into the spam/junk folders, please add the email address above to the safe sender list and your address book, which should prevent this happening when we send the next batch of codes.
- If you are sure that you have not received your code - please click here to email the Luton Town town ticket office - who will be able to assist you.
