We would like to advise that the Ticket Office staff are currently in the process of responding to supporters who have sent emails advising that they have not received their iFollow codes for Saturday's game for Derby.
We again request that supporters check their junk and spam mail.
It is our aim to have replied to all supporters with their code and instructions by close of business on Thursday.
To assist the Ticket Office, it would be appreciated that if you have sent an email, you can please wait for a response until this time, and please not send multiple emails.
